Two halves: what you get if you buy a slot, and what we promise about the ranking you are buying a slot above.

Using the site
Everything published here is free to read, quote and cite, with attribution to AI SERP and the reading date. The counts are a measurement of what other people published on a given day, offered as-is: they are not advice, not a review, and not a recommendation to buy anything. Product and assistant names belong to their owners, and nothing here is affiliated with or endorsed by any AI assistant.
Sponsored slots
- Each board sells 2 slots, above the answer and labelled paid on every row — 2 because 2 is how many sponsored rows appear in the answer. We do not sell a rank that shows up nowhere. A bid on one board buys nothing on any other.
- You supply the copy. It appears in your words, and we will not silently reword it. We can decline or remove anything misleading, unlawful, or unrelated to the question the board asks.
- Every slot is reviewed before it publishes. Nothing submitted goes live on its own. We refuse adult or sexual content, hate speech, malware, phishing, and any link that does not go to the product the slot is bought for — and we take a slot down if the site behind it later becomes one of those.
- Rank between sponsors is standing. Standing is what you paid, minus 8% of it per day, so what you paid is not what you hold and a spot held is a spot topped up.
- Entry is a flat $25, the same on any day: it does not climb on a clock. If we ever change it, the new price applies to new bids only — it is never applied backwards to a standing you already hold.
- Taking a rank someone is already holding costs their standing plus $5.
- If you are outbid you are not removed: you keep your standing, appear as waiting, and can pay the difference to climb back.
- No refunds merely because you are outbid. Placement is time-based and starts immediately. If we reject your submitted copy under these rules and cannot agree an acceptable replacement, the purchase is refunded.
- We do not guarantee traffic, clicks, conversions, or any ranking anywhere else.
Paying, and who you are paying
- Dodo Payments is the merchant of record for every slot sold here. They are the seller on the transaction, they handle sales tax, VAT and GST wherever you are, and their name is what appears on your card statement, not ours. Their terms cover the payment itself; these terms cover the slot it buys.
- The confirmation page shows a current server-calculated price. The server calculates it again when you continue to checkout; it is not taken from the board page. An open checkout fixes the amount you may pay, but not a rank: another successful bid can change the order before your payment completes.
- Paying does not publish anything by itself. A slot goes live after you send the paragraph and a person has read it, which is usually the same day. Until then you have bought the slot and it is empty.
- Standing starts decaying from the day the payment succeeds, not from the day the copy goes up. If a delay on our side costs you days, tell us and we will credit them.
- A chargeback removes the slot. We will always rather answer the email.
What money cannot buy
These are the rules the site exists to keep, and they apply to every advertiser equally:
- The measured ranking is not for sale at any price. Sponsorship never moves, adds, or removes a row in it.
- Paying does not get a tool onto a board, and refusing to pay never removes one. The only route onto a board is being named by the articles we read.
- Outbound links to the tools we name are free and always have been. Links are not sold.
- Every paid row is labelled paid, on every board, without exception.
- Sponsors do not see this page before it publishes and get no advance notice of a reading.
Corrections
If we have misread a source, or a source names a tool a board is missing, it is corrected within 48 hours against the archived copy, whether or not anyone involved is a customer. Write to corrections@theaiserp.com.
Liability
The site is provided as-is, without warranty. To the extent the law allows, our liability for anything arising from a sponsorship is limited to what you paid for it.
